About the role
Responsibilities
You own the entire relationship with customers, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption and satisfaction.
You listen actively to key customer stakeholders to better understand their needs, and are a trusted and strategic advisor to maximize value and growth.
You manage all commercial and contractual matters with customers, including agreeing on financial and legal aspects.
You represent Dataminded at customers, conferences, events and fairs.
Qualifications
You have proven experience in a customer success or sales role, preferably in a digital or data environment.
You are a real entrepreneur and take the lead in developing and executing plans at market, industry and customer levels.
You have experience collaborating with technical teams.
You are proactive, and like to make new contacts and connections.
