This strategic role focuses on adapting and enhancing our People practices to meet the evolving needs of our company. You will ensure that people are at the heart of Dataminded, fostering an environment that cultivates the best engineers.

In this role you take the lead in all things great and small that impact our people and company culture.

Dataminded advises its customers in data strategy & architecture, helps implementing data platforms and analytics use cases and offers training. About the role

Responsibilities

  • Aligning company ambitions and goals with the needs and contributions of our people. You measure and steer our progress in this perspective.

  • Partnering with our management on developing and executing an HR strategy to grow our business forward from a people perspective. 

  • Ensuring team and employee success by designing and implementing talent management practices including leadership development, employee development, informal and formal career and performance management processes, tools, and practices.

  • Leading efforts to attract, develop, and retain talent.

  • Managing daily soft People matters, from onboarding to maintaining relationships with our alumni.

  • Leading and shaping our company culture for future success.

Qualifications

  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a HR Business Partnering or managerial role.

  • You are familiar with designing HR processes/tools aligned with the company needs and culture.

  • Your playing field is talent management, talent acquisition, retention, employee wellbeing and satisfaction, development and leadership.

  • If you have coaching experience, this is considered a great plus.

  • You are a true people person but combine this with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.

  • You love to live the day-to-day reality of a company whilst keeping the bigger picture and future goal in sight.
